Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of VisitKort. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Note: This is a general template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use VisitKort only for lawful purposes.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, no attempts to disrupt the platform, and no use that violates the rights of others.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.

4. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before it ends, the plan renews and your card is charged. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal and retain access until the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation & termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VisitKort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
